Fees and Insurance

Fees & Insurance

We are not in network with any insurance companies. We can however provide you with a receipt(Superbill) to submit to your insurance company or HSA for reimbursement. If you will be filing for reimbursement, please let us know during the first session.

We accept payment in the form of cash, check or credit card. Full payment is due each session. Our cancellation fee will apply if notice has not been given within 48 hours before your appointment, except in cases of emergencies or COVID symptoms.

 

Although our fees are consistent with other mental health professionals in the area, If you cannot afford the full fee, but are committed to change, please let us know. We can sometimes offer a lower fee based on need.

Fees:

$40 - New Client Chart Fee (one time payment per client)

$150 - Intake Session 75 minutes

$140 - 50 Minute Session (individual)

$210 - 75 Minute Session (individual)

$160 - 50 Minute Marriage or Family Session

Free - 15 Minute Consultation

*Current clients of Amy or Aaron will retain their rates*
